The Dogwood Social House Fun Pass offers two flexible options: a 2-month pass or a monthly membership. Enjoy unlimited visits and daily gameplay credits with either choice. The monthly Fun Pass requires a 12-month commitment, after which it transitions to a month-to-month plan.

2-Month Fun Pass: Lasts for a full 2-months from the time of purchase. Visit as often as you like during that time.

Monthly Membership: You must commit to staying in the program for at least 12 full months (1 year). After 12 months you can cancel anytime you like but this must be requested. We will only charge your credit card one month at a time (you won’t be charged for 12 months upfront or anything like that).

If you choose the 12-month membership, you will be charged once a month. While a minimum 12-month commitment is required (with the option to cancel anytime after that), your credit card will only be charged one monthly payment at a time.

For clarity: If you sign up for a $10.99/month membership, your credit card will be charged $10.99 + tax today. The same amount will be charged again next month, and each month thereafter until the commitment period ends.

With that said, there are a few items we REALLY want to make sure you’re aware of before you sign up.

First, with Membership, you are required to stay in the program for at least one year. We will charge your credit card monthly (you don’t have to pay all at once). So if you don’t think you want to keep coming for at least a year, Membership isn’t for you.

Second, Memberships do not end automatically. After 12 months when you are done being a Member, you need to request for a cancellation.

Finally, unused Fun Pass/Membership Gameplay Credits do NOT roll over to your next visit. If you come in Tuesday and only use 20 of your 40 gameplay credits for the day, the 20 gameplay credits you don’t use will NOT remain on your card. When you come back on Wednesday you will have “only” 40 gameplay credits to use — not 60.

It depends on the number of games and people you want to divide the credits with. In our experience, one kid can play around 45-65 games per hour (depending on age) if they play non-stop.

Gameplay credits are split up based on number of cards that come with that level, so if you buy one Silver Pass and have two kids, you can give them each 20 gameplay credits each visit.

Silver: 40 Games (split between up to two people), Gold: 80 Games (split between up to three people), Platinum: 120 Games (split between up to four people)

All games that use a Fun Pass, but not crane games, bowling, and axe throwing.

Gold and Platinum are recommended for multiple children.

If you purchase the 2-month pass, benefits will be available immediately through two full months from the date that the pass is activated.

If you purchase the monthly membership, it will be available for the duration of your membership.

Yes! Adults in your family can also use the pass to play games. However, each gameplay card can only be used for one game at a time and will not allow multiple games to be played simultaneously.
