Why Choose A
Full Buyout?

Total Privacy & Brand Control

Transform the space to match your company culture. Use our massive screens for your own branding, play your curated playlists, and host private company-wide presentations without worrying about public foot traffic or confidential data leaks.

Unlimited, Frictionless Entertainment

Give your team VIP access to everything we offer. No lines, no reservations, and no limits on bowling, axe throwing, or arcade games. Your guests move fluidly between networking and play, boosting engagement naturally.

Simple,

Turnkey Logistics

Stop managing multiple vendors. A buyout includes custom food stations, dedicated bar service, premium tech setups, and a full team focused solely on your event. We handle the heavy lifting so leadership can actually participate.

Planning & Investment Guidelines

To deliver a fully private, world-class experience, full venue buyouts require a food and beverage minimum spend. This minimum covers exclusive access to all attractions, dedicated staffing, and customized catering for your entire guest list.

Important Note on Peak Seasons: Because our spaces are in incredibly high demand during specific times of the year—particularly weekends, evening hours, and the holiday season (November through January)—our venue minimums scale accordingly during these peak periods.

To secure peak dates, we highly recommend inquiring 3 to 6 months in advance to ensure availability and lock in your custom package.
